2019 Inductee to the Hardy Cross Hall of Fame
The Norfolk Branch of ASCE and the Old Dominion University Civil and Environmental Engineering Visiting Council, in recognition of a lifetime of professional and community service, will induct George E. Langley and his son Tom Langley into the Hardy Cross Hall of Fame at the 2019 Engineer’s Week Banquet.
